WCW!

Hello my lovely readers,

How are you doing today? I hope everyone is doing fine. I like to do on my Instagram or Twitter a Woman crush Wednesday tweet or post, but since I am crushing on a lot of fabulous girls right now, I thought a post would be more adequate.

Let’s start with my list (yes! I have a list :3)
  • Taylor Momsen

So this girl is just so awesome on stage! I saw her twice in 2014, the first time in my town. The Pretty Reckless was the first act before Fall Out Boy and I was so excited to see her/them here in my little tiny country. I was immediately sold by their show and also their music. The second time, I saw the band at the Rock am Ring 2014 in Germany. First of all it was already huge to be at that festival and on top of that to have the opportunity to see the band again was like icing on the cake. I would loooove to see her perform again. I am just so in love with her voice and her presence on stage. She is so sexy and in my opinion naughty, but in a good way. Maybe you guys don’t approve of how I am describing her, but that’s just how I feel. She is such a beautiful woman and gosh she is just so hot. I also really like the tone of her voice when she talks and of course sings.

  • Demi Lovato

Demiiiiiiiii! She is my hair icon. Because of her, I changed my hair color so many times it’s almost ridiculous. My hair went from brown to ombré, to red, to ombré again, to dip dye blue, to red (again), to brown to my right now color dip dye purple ^^ I am so lucky that I have pretty strong and healthy hair. I don’t put shit on it. I also really love her music. Her songs are on my iPhone and I sing to them in my car like crazy. The thing about Demi is that she is such an inspiration to young girls and boys. She is tough and courageous. She is beautiful and comes across really sweet and honest. I would love to see her perform one day, but unfortunately I didn’t have the chance yet.

  • Rachel Talbott

I’ve been a faithful subscriber on her YouTube channel for a few years now and I enjoy reading her blog as well. She is such a cool, sweet, beautiful and inspiring woman. I would love to meet her one day and hopefully will. Every single time she mentions a new beauty product in her videos or posts, I want to buy it a.s.a.p. I like her presence on the screen and her simplicity. She does not seem complicated and she knows what she wants in her life. It’s refreshing to watch her videos compared to other YouTube gurus. And her family is like a dream, plus her husband is candy for the eyes ;) For the past few days, I’ve been having a video marathon of her YouTube videos and I think I started 2 days ago and I am not bored yet. Call me crazy but she is awesome.

So that was my mini list of women I’ve been crushing on and I could actually write a huge blog post about so many amazing girls I really admire like Selena Gomez, Sophia Bush, Troian Bellisario, Lucy Hale (Yes, I am a PLL fan) etc etc but I kept it to the ones I am admiring and crushing on at the moment.

What is your #WCW? Please let me know in the comments below.

beauty,

What's in my shower?

12:10:00 Unknown 0 Comments

Hello everyone,

how are you doing? Today we are going to talk about products that I use in my shower, so actually products that I use every single day, 'cause we do not want to walk around smelly and gross.

I do change my products many times, because

1) I like to try new products
2) I get easily bored by the scents I am using
3) I just wanna try new stuff :)

I try to stick to natural products for my skin and my hair, because when you wash it off it goes in the drains and you don't want even more chemicals there. It is really hard to stick to an all natural shower routine but I am really trying to find products that I like and that make me feel good.

So here are my products:

1) The shampoo I've been using for months now its the purple one from Lush, I think in english it's called Daddy-O. I am a huge fan of the Lush brand, because it is an all natural brand and second they do not test on animals! After using this shampoo my hair feels so soft and it smells so heavenly good. I use the purple shampoo because I am blonde right now. I was also using a deep conditioner from the same brand, but I used it all up and I need to stock up on some products asap.

2) My body wash is from Clinique. I got this as a Christmas present from my dad and he choose well. It smells citrusy and it is also very light on my skin. I do love citrusy smells because you always feel really fresh and awake after using it.

3) My hair conditioner is from L'Oréal. I know that L'Oréal is so not natural and they also test their products on animals, but I am using this one until there is no product left. A friend of mine recommended this one to me, because there are no sulfates in it and that is a good thing especially for colored hair like mine.

4) I also use a loofa to wash my body and this pink one is from Victoria's Secret.

5) Last but not least another Lush product: the salted coconut hand scrub. I also got that one for Christmas and it smells sooooo good. After using it, my hands feel so smooth. I actually used the srub on my whole body because I ran out of my other bodyscrub. I am not sure that you are supposed to use it but oh well it worked.

I am going to London next week and I am probably going to the huge Lush store on Oxford street and buy a few, maybe more, products from them.

So, that’s currently what’s in my shower! What’s in your shower right now?

xx, Gwen
